We’ve done our best to try to make your tiny home experience enjoyable. That means features like “smart glass” for privacy, where at the touch of a button your glass will go from clear to frost. Right outside your door, you will have a chair for seating with a small deck, 4 Adirondack chairs with your own Solo Smokeless Firestove with cooktop.
Kitchen + Living Room
We know staying in a tiny home doesn’t mean you should have to lose all functionality. We’ve equipped these with full mini kitchens that feature a Nespresso machine, an induction cooktop, microwave and all the necessary pots, pans, plates and utensils. Bring your own food to make a lovely meal at home. Sleeping four with a King Size Loft Bedroom with a full pullout sofa from Room and Board.

Our tiny homes sleep 4 total as we include a Room & Board classic sofa that features a Serene foam mattress that unfolds into a one piece, no springs full size bed.
King Size Loft Bed
Our tiny homes include a king size loft bed with a smart-glass side window, skylight with privacy blinds and it opens to the stars for the nights you want to connect with nature.
Full Size Bathroom
Our bathrooms were specially designed by Lynn to feature all the same benefits of a residential bathroom. Full Shower with tankless water heaters, toilet and sink with all the necessary toiletries to start your day, or to end one in comfort.
Remote Work Station
Featuring desks from Dash Modern, we equip each tiny home with it’s own 5G router, a docking station with 30 watt power delivery and is compatible with any laptop that supports a USB-C connection. Logitech MX keys and Mouse all connected via Bluetooth.
Smart-glass
Our tiny homes feature Smart-glass on the front glass and bedroom for minimal clutter, privacy or clarity depending on your mood. They are all remote driven and offer a minimalistic feel to your tiny home.
Pet Friendly
Your furry friend is family and we want you to feel free to bring them on your adventure. We have selected pet units (1,2,3,4 and 7) available as pet friendly units. Just select “bringing your pet” and we’ll have your tiny home prepared for them.
ADA Accessible Unit - #7
We offer an ADA accessible unit that is all one level, featuring a bunk bed and pull out trundle bed to sleep 3 with a private driveway with a step free path to the doorway and 32” doorways.
ADA Bathroom
Our ADA bathroom accessible unit features multiple grab bars for the shower and toilet as well as easy access to all sinks, kitchen and countertops.
Grizzly Woodburning Stove
The Grizzly Wood Stove was created with small spaces in mind; it removes the humidity, warms the bones and dries the toes. Relax, sit back and let the glow fill your place with some much desired warmth, whilst you share your stories from the day.
Outdoor Solo Stove with Grill Top
Each Tiny Home is equipped with your own outdoor Solo Stove with Pedestal and Grill Top. Open fire grilling, and beyond. Custom-molded for the Bonfire Cooking System and joined with Hub, Cast Iron Grill has wide grates and even heating for perfectly seared steaks and veggies.
Hot Tub/Jacuzzi Area
We’ve added a hot tub area exclusively only available to our guests. It’s open 24/7 with the exception of one hour for our daily cleaning. It’s on the other side of our private creek which allows for privacy, seclusion and warmth steps from your tiny home.
Movie Theater + Common Area
Our brand new deck area which measures 40 x 30 feet is a great place to come enjoy your favorite movie night, have some popcorn (provided) or enjoy a family meal on the deck or the sitting area with a group of friends. This area has it’s own 85” TV, refrigerator, microwave and covered shade sail for those moments shared outside of your tiny home without having to leave the resort.
Complimentary EV Charging
Just because you own an electric vehicle, shouldn’t mean exploring should be limited. We’ve focused on making sure “range anxiety” and “exploring” don’t have to go hand in hand. We feature two full EV charging hookups that produce up to 40 amps with our Level 2 Plugins. Complimentary charging for all guests with a reservation.
Complimentary Laundry Room
Exploring, making messes or outdoor adventuring? Perhaps on a road trip and tired of paying for laundromats? We offer a complimentary laundry room for all guests and we include the detergent, dryer sheets and multiple washers and dryers.
